Len has navigated a long and successful career on two principals – Serve your Customers and Innovate. Throughout his 60-plus year career he has owned 7 companies, all in support of warehouse, distribution centers and manufacturers. Under Len’s leadership each of these businesses grew and diversified with the ever-changing needs of their customer base. This has led to decades-long relationships with many of these International Brands.
At the time of Len’s acquisition of Sackett in 1982, Sackett had been in business for 85 years as a manufacturing organization. Under Len’s guidance, they have brought enhanced product design, innovation and international reach to their base and flourished as a leader in the warehouse and distribution market, known for their robust designs, superior service and innovative support.

Bringing over 3 decades of financial controls, operational excellence and sales management, Janine joined Sackett in 2018. Her vast industrial experience leading multi-sites in multi-states, coupled with her drive for efficiency and customer loyalty has enabled Sackett to grow in this ever-competitive landscape.
Janine’s passion for building and developing strong, scalable teams has helped reinforce Sackett’s strengths and foundation, building upon the Sackett legacy of innovation and customer service. She continues to lead Sackett into larger markets, diversifying product and service offerings in response to Sackett’s customer needs and future challenges.
Bryan Boyle

Bryan’s broad experience in sales, management and business development have him well positioned to deliver significant growth and value for the Sackett team. Bryan’s unique ability to network and develop both new and existing customers will be an invaluable asset for increasing Sackett’s presence and footprint within the ever change Material Handling market.
By placing a laser focus on efficiency of operation for our end user customer base and working collaboratively to understand their issues Bryan will deliver comprehensive solutions for their current workflow and future growth.
Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago where he first excelled as team player, as a shooting forward on the men’s basketball team. Bryan holds the distinction of participating on two NCAA Sweet Sixteen basketball teams while playing for the University of Iowa Hawkeyes and the Loyola Ramblers.
Chris Lareau
Account Executive
As a 17-year veteran with Sackett, Chris has seen many changes in the material handling market. His expertise has been used in support of the development of our dealer partners as well as problem solving with some of our largest end users with their material handling operations – enhancing productivity, safety and efficiency.
Bringing this level of experience to our customers, Chris’ support is in the matching of the appropriate technologies to the application in order to create the optimal solution. Working with the size, flow and material handling needs of our customers, Chris will incorporate the various technologies to keep their forklifts supplied with charged batteries and support systems including fast charge, opportunity charge, and the tried and true battery changing.
His expertise is aiding customers, determine which technologies fit their specific applications and the result is more efficient battery management and up-time. From system upgrades to designing complete battery management systems and rooms, Chris works the project from design through installation as well as the post install optimization. By supplying this level of expertise, Sackett makes it easy for customers to have a single point of contact from conception to implementation.

With over 20 years in sales and sales management, Don’s experience in cultivating relationships through Channel Partners and National accounts continues to support Sackett’s mission to be a solutions provider. Don’s passions are about understanding and serving customers. Through listening to our broad base of customers needs, he works to find the best solution utilizing Sackett’s 100 plus years of innovation and development.
New to the market of warehouse and distribution management, Don brings that outsider’s lens to our customer’s situations and helps them envision a more efficient operation.
