Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary:

Inside Sales representative will be primarily responsible for answering inbound dealer requestions for proposals and solutions.  Individuals will manage dealer relations while supporting field representatives.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Be the technical expertise regarding our product to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Support and follow up on marketing campaigns
  • Continuously improve through feedback

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Language Ability: Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public.
  • Mathematical Ability: Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Reasoning Ability: Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

The noise level is generally moderate.  Ability and means to travel on a flexible schedule as needed, proof of liability and property damage insurance on vehicle used is required.  Work schedule is dependent upon customer and project needs.
